- Develop and maintain a central repository of compensation and benefits materials, guides, and resources for employees;
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing total rewards initiatives.
- Translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Develop and enhance materials and resources for Total Rewards initiatives.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in a Total Rewards Coordinator or similar role;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
