- Conduct regular reviews and updates of forecasting methodologies to ensure alignment with current business needs.
- Perform root cause analyses on forecast variances and develop action plans to address discrepancies.
- Provide product and support expertise.
- Work with the client to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the solution.
- Responsible for system configuration and testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed solution as well as documenting the implemented solution.
- Support the client to generate and assigns schedules using WFM tools based on business requirements and schedule patterns.
- Conduct scenario planning to assess the impact of different scheduling approaches.
- Providing expert guidance on best practices for WFS processes and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Will implement best practices in data analysis, forecasting, and scheduling optimization.
- Support the WFS so it meets security and compliance controls.
- Track and review workforce management data, including highlighting trends, performance indicators and productivity.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with various parties involved in the workforce development process within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and consulting on WorkForce Software solutions.
- Proficiency in WorkForce Software, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and other related modules. Strong understanding of SQL, system integrations, and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Relevant WorkForce Software certifications are highly desirable.
