- Corporate, Personal, Trust and other tax reporting with ability to discuss tax implications with team members and clients.
- Client management and relationship building.
- Coaching and developing junior staff on projects and overseeing their career development.
- Communicating with partners and staff regarding client engagements and expectations.
- Providing the very best possible client service.
- A CPA designation with a minimum of 5+ years of public practice experience.
- A desire to grow your career and advance within the firm.
- Experience with Financial Information Compilations including preparation, review, team and client management and client communications.
- Financial Statement Reviews including ASPE reporting engagements, preparation and review and ability to discuss tax implications with clients and team members.
- Strong communication skills including team file management, coaching and building strong client relationships.
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of agriculture industry would be beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
