- Managing a portfolio of trusts
- Attending client meetings
- Drafting agendas and resolutions, and recording meeting minutes as required
- Ensuring clients retain compliance with various laws and regulations governing trusts
- Maintaining trust records
- Carrying out trust-related banking duties for clients
- Managing due diligence and compliance records for clients' entities
- Managing and organizing physical and electronic filing systems
- Recording billable time in accordance with company policy
- Performing additional duties as required
- Minimum 2 years' trust administration experience and/or proven experience working in a similar position
- Applicants with ICSA and/or STEP qualifications or are undertaking the course of study will be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent administration and minute taking skills are required, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A positive ‘can do' attitude, be team-centred and have a flexible approach to work requirements
