Pharmacy Assistant - Edmonton - Healthcare (Full-Time, Permanent)Enter prescriptions in Kroll with accuracy and efficiencyComplete third party billing anf adjudication through public and private providers, calling providers to resolve problems and understand issuesSupport the prescription filling process by picking, labeling, and preparing medicationsCommunicate internally via email/Teams and assist with coordination of deliveriesAssist with pharmacy inventory: receiving, stocking, and tracking medicationsPrepare and verify waybills and shipping details for outbound prescription deliveriesCollaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists in a fast-paced, team settingMaintain pharmacy records and assist with general housekeeping or administrative dutiesBe ready to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods as neededQualifications
Pharmacy Assistant - Edmonton - Healthcare (Full-Time, Permanent)3+ years of pharmacy experience in any pharmacy setting in Canada (Kroll-based - must have strong data entry / intake / adjudication experience!)Strong working knowledge of Kroll prescription softwareTyping speed of 50+ WPM or higher (testing may be administered)Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsComfortable working in a high-volume, structured team environmentEager to learn and grow with a company that values your pharmacy expertiseAvailable to start ASAP (estimated end of August or thereabouts)Summary
