Job Description :Key Responsibilities:Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for [number] employees in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.Ensure accurate and timely filing of payroll taxes and other statutory deductions.Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits reporting.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits and year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099, etc.).Stay current with labor laws, payroll regulations, and best practices.RequirementsRequirements:Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation (e.g., FLSA, IRS regulations).Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, etc.).High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
