Gpac in partnership with a leading mechanical company is seeking an Service Dispacther .This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a very well-respected company on a variety of commercial projects with an unbelievable amount of potential for growth!!!!What you will be doing as an Service Dispatcher.This organization prides itself on having a flexible and positive culture, growth opportunity, and the ability to make an impact with a stellar company in the industry!Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review the assignment sheet for the day
  • Communicate work routes for each of our drivers
  • Monitor assignments to ensure they are completed on time
  • Answer phone calls and handle customer requests
  • Organize assignment files,
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of dispatch experience, specifially in HVAC, Mechanical or Construction
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ablity to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
