- Support and monitor the quality performance of a diverse supplier base.
- Help resolve supplier quality issues through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and timely problem solving.
- Assist with managing deviations, rejects, reporting, and supplier improvement activities.
- Participate in PPAP qualification activities to help introduce new components and suppliers smoothly.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to meet quality and performance goals.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate on Quality teams such as NPI, Tiger, etc. and other project groups.
- Take part in our Continuous Improvement culture, including CI projects, RCAs, Q-Cases, and related activities.
- A technical degree (preferably Engineering) or an equivalent technical background.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments-supplier -facing experience in quality is a plus.
- Ability to contribute to change and support improvements in a fast paced, dynamic -business environment.
- Strong analytical skills, basic commercial awareness, and understanding of supplier -related practices.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, warehousing operations, and quality management systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general understanding of business finance.
- A proactive, problem -solving mindset with a focus on quality excellence and continuous improvement.
- Location: Welland, ON
- Travel: 30-40% globally to develop supplier relationships, conduct qualification audits, and support critical program activities.
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000, which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
- Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the foreseeable future.
