Are you an experienced Loan Administrator looking to take the next step in your career with a global financial institution? As part of a cross-border operations team, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and servicing of complex loan transactions, ensuring operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to build your expertise, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.What You Will Do: Loan Administration & Daily Operations
  • Process a variety of syndicated and bilateral loan activities: drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre-payments, rate fixings, fees/commission postings, external payments, and interest collections.
  • Perform reconciliations (including Nostro), data monitoring, and resolution of ad hoc inquiries or operational issues.
  • Administer all facilities and related products in which the institution participates as an Agent, Participant, or Direct Lender.
Data Management & Controls
  • Maintain accurate records in loan administration systems and ensure proper data governance.
  • Escalate operational or control issues as needed to management.
  • Comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement & Project Support
  • Participate in systems enhancements, testing (UAT), and operational change initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional projects and contribute to process streamlining.
Compliance & Learning
  • Stay current with compliance, financial crime prevention, and internal control requirements.
  • Complete all mandatory training and actively pursue opportunities for professional development.
What You Bring: Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial banking operations, loan servicing, or middle/back-office functions
  • Experience with loan management systems (e.g., ACBS) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with general banking operations, funding flows, and cash management
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; investigative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); French is an asset
  • Comfortable working across time zones with international teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Collaborative team player with the flexibility to support projects and day-to-day tasks
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
