Financial Analyst I - CAD

• Perform comprehensive analyses of financial data, including sales, expenses, and revenue trends, to identify key insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and tools to support forecasting and strategic planning efforts.
• Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, investigating variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts by analyzing historical data and identifying relevant financial trends.
• Create dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Prepare accurate and compliant financial reports for management, internal stakeholders, and external parties.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and support special projects to address specific business challenges or opportunities.
• Ensure all financial activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining high standards of accuracy and transparency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with financial software or systems, such as SAP or similar platforms, is preferred.
