- Perform comprehensive analyses of financial data, including sales, expenses, and revenue trends, to identify key insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and tools to support forecasting and strategic planning efforts.
- Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, investigating variances, and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts by analyzing historical data and identifying relevant financial trends.
- Create dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Prepare accurate and compliant financial reports for management, internal stakeholders, and external parties.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and support special projects to address specific business challenges or opportunities.
- Ensure all financial activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining high standards of accuracy and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with financial software or systems, such as SAP or similar platforms, is preferred.
