- Design, develop, and integrate robotic and automation systems for client applications
- Develop and maintain software and automation logic, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable implementations
- Contribute to Python-based tools, scripts, or services used for automation, testing, configuration, or system orchestration
- Collaborate using GitHub for version control, code reviews, and issue tracking
- Support installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of machines and production systems
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across software, electrical, and mechanical boundaries
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and deliver reliable solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tooling, and system architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience working with industrial automation, robotics, or electromechanical systems
- Experience with industrial robots (e.g., UR, FANUC, ABB, KUKA, etc.) and/or PLC programming and controls system design (Siemens TIA Portal, Studio 5000, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work on open-ended technical challenges
- Working experience with:
- Python (automation scripts, tools, or system logic)
- GitHub (version control, collaboration workflows)
- Good software engineering practices (modular code, debugging, documentation)
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems or electromechanical systems
- Comfortable working in Linux-based environments or embedded/industrial systems
- Robotics integration, motion control, or machine vision systems
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, or code generation
- Experience with system commissioning, FAT/SAT, or on-site deployment
- Interest in applying AI / machine learning concepts to automation or process optimization
