What I'm looking for is rather unique, I'm due in October of this year and my boyfriend works overnight (24 hour shifts 7am-7am). For the first year, I'd like somebody to come spend the night and help me while he's working his 24 hour shifts. Once I'm back to work (October 2026), if we get daycare placement I'm looking to have somebody come and help out in the morning while we overlap shifts (5am - 8am once or twice a week). If we don't get daycare placement, I'm looking for somebody to cover the full days my boyfriend works (5am - 4pm) once or twice a week. I know this is likely unconventional but as two shift workers, we're weighing our options :) we have a spare bedroom for you to sleep on the overnights and your own bathroom (well.. shared with baby, it's the only bath tub in the house).
