- Align trainers with approved WI and JIB standards to maintain a consistent “Alstar way.”
- Mentor Crew Foremen and trainers on the TWI methodology.
- Observe field training and provide real-time feedback and coaching.
- Lead training for program rollouts, project startups, and critical operations.
- Develop and update WIs and JIBs based on leadership priorities.
- Review documentation for accuracy and TWI compliance.
- Submit finalized materials to the CWD Trainer for approval.
- Support training through clear, prioritized documentation.
- Ensure WIs are used in daily field work.
- Work with Supervisors to include WIs and JIBs in tailgates and workflows.
- Identify gaps between training standards and field practices and address them.
- Maintain consistent procedures across field operations.
- Coordinate with Construction Managers to use leaders’ time for training.
- Reinforce the Alstar Way with SMEs using JI processes.
- Evaluate and coach workers to meet Alstar standards.
- Our projects happen in Western Canada, and we must be willing to travel to all sites.
- You will be required to travel sporadically to sites.
