- Lead and coach a national customer service team to meet service-level targets.
- Handle escalations for delivery exceptions, order issues, and consumer home-delivery challenges.
- Partner with operations and delivery teams to support on-time, accurate order fulfillment.
- Analyze service metrics and recommend improvements.Maintain accurate data across CRM, OMS, and delivery-tracking systems.
- 3-5+ years of customer service experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution.
- 1-2+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience.Strong understanding of order fulfillment and last-mile delivery.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
