
Traction Power Designer

- Contribute to the design and development of traction power systems for railway and transit infrastructure.
- Perform electrical engineering calculations such as load analysis, power distribution, and energy efficiency evaluations.
- Assist in creating detailed design layouts and technical drawings using engineering software.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure system compatibility and integration.
- Participate in field surveys, site assessments, and support the preparation of reports, technical documents, and specifications.
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or currently completing final semester).
- 0–3 years of experience in transit & rail, or related electrical engineering tasks.
- Demonstrated interest in transit and railway engineering, particularly in traction power systems, through prior internship or relevant coursework.
- A fundamental understanding of railway system design and operations from an electrical engineering perspective.
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.
- Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Bentley Rail Track.
- Applied experience in traction power systems, including concepts in electrical distribution, railway electrification, and power system efficiency.
