- Architect and lead the design of advanced L2 Scheduler solutions for 5G evolution and 6G systems
- Define AI/ML-driven scheduling strategies using deep 5G NR expertise
- Design and optimize high-performance scheduler software on GPP (COTS) platforms
- Drive end-to-end system architecture across L1/L2 for scalability, efficiency, and ultra-low latency
- Integrate AI/ML into real-time scheduling for adaptive and predictive resource management
- Collaborate across global R&D, product, and standardization teams
- Influence 3GPP and emerging 6G concepts through innovation and technical contributions
- Lead design reviews, guide implementation, and mentor engineers
- Ensure high quality, robustness, and performance in large-scale live deployments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a wireless/telecommunications-related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in telecom/wireless software development with deep specialization in 5G NR systems, especially L2 Scheduler development
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and real-time, multi-threaded programming on GPP platforms
- Solid understanding of 3GPP 5G NR standards, particularly MAC scheduling and RAN system behavior
- Proven experience delivering carrier-grade solutions for Tier-1 operators at large scale, with strong focus on quality, performance, and reliability
- Experience in end-to-end RAN system design, including L1/L2 interactions and feature integration
- Strong background in performance optimization on multi-core and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud-native, containerized, and virtualized network functions
- Familiarity with O-RAN architecture and openness to open RAN ecosystems
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML applications in telecom, especially in scheduling or RAN optimization
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to or support major operator deployments in complex environments
- Ability to lead features, subsystems, or architectural areas with increasing ownership and technical responsibility
- Proven or emerging technical leadership, with experience influencing architecture and technical direction
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team or organizational growth
- Experience integrating performance, scalability, and operability into system design from the ground up
- Experience or interest in contributing to advanced RAN innovation, internal technology strategy, or industry forums (e.g., 3GPP)
- Demonstrated potential or readiness to grow into a Principal Architect role, or proven success operating at that level

The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.The salary range for this position is
