
Business Analyst (HRIS)

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for HCM / HRIS systems and processes.
- Design, configure, and optimize modules across the HCM / HRIS suite, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HCM / HRIS system functionality, configuration options, and industry best practices.
- Lead end-to-end system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party platforms.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to deliver system enhancements and customizations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user training materials, and support guides.
- Conduct system testing, including writing test cases, executing test scripts, and managing user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Investigate and resolve complex system issues, providing Tier 2/3 support to end users.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights that support business decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and HRIS product updates to ensure the organization leverages the latest capabilities and improvements.
- Extensive hands-on experience with HCM platforms (e.g., UKG Pro, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), including full lifecycle implementations (configuration, testing, deployment, support) across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
- Strong project management or consulting background, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive system upgrades or integrations with minimal supervision.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities, including proficiency with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to generate actionable insights for HR and leadership teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of translating complex technical requirements into clear business solutions and documentation.
