- A Journeyman ticket, diploma/technical degree in a mechanical, electrical, or related field considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience preferably within a manufacturing environment
- A good understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (preferably JD Edwards).
- As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of tradespeople and apprentices to ensure our mill is operating efficiently, consistently and safely.
- You apply your excellent work-ethic, communication, organizational and time management skills to lead by example, engage your team, plan the work and get things done.
- You apply your working knowledge of safety program development, implementation, and legislation to ensure your team follows due process and goes home safely to their family each day.
- You use your troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
- You’ll support the planning, development and execution of an effective plant maintenance program. This includes our equipment configuration database, downtime analysis, repair and preventative work order development, allocation and scheduling of resources, ongoing follow-up and refinement of maintenance procedures.

- You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $116,000 per year.
- You'll earn an additional northern allowance on top of your base pay.
