The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) sells and ensures best in class merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintain salability of all authorized Hershey items.Hershey Canada is looking for a dynamic person to fill a part-time position in our Sales Team as a Territory Sales Associate in Regina. This opportunity will be of particular interest for someone who wants to work part-time in sales in an established territory and also benefit from an attractive compensation package!What will you do:Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey Items in assigned territory. Ensuring flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) with various retailersAchieve all merchandising objectives through the effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution PlanReporting of weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions within assigned territoryReporting of Daily activities through the use of tablets, submitting upon completion of each dayResponsible for Sales Territory - Varies due to territory size, number of retailers, and locationParticipating in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with plans, selling history and new receiptsConsulting with buyers, marketing and sellers product positioning and presentation plansCreating and coordinating visual presentation of merchandise, including store layout and displaysCoaching sales staff on merchandise to enable them to suggest the appropriate merchandise to meet the customer's needsWhat We Need:1- 3 years of sales experience with sound knowledge of sales techniques in consumer packaged goods preferredKnowledge of, and ability to develop and use strategies, practices, and tools for communicating with retail customers and for managing the day-to-day operations of retail storesAbility to lift up to 30lbsValid Driver's license and good standing driving record is requiredPersonal auto insurance with at least the government set minimum liabilityMust reside within the boundaries of the assigned territoryStrong analytical, organizational and time management skillsStrong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently within a team environmentDetailed-oriented with fresh thinkingProficient in MS suite (word, excel, power point) and familiar with IPAD TechnologyWillingness to be a part of a high performing team that works hard and has fun !Qualifications:Post Secondary EducationAdditional Details and Requirements:
This is a part-time position - 6 hours per day, Tuesday to Thursday for a total of 18 hours/week.
