We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Toronto focusing on our rapidly growing construction division. The role will involve full 360 recruitment within our growing Building & Construction division.Bilingual Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you will be assisting in the continued growth of our Building & Construction division. Responsibilities include:

Hunting for new business opportunities across Ontario
Continued Lead Generation
Calling and Meeting prospects weekly within Building & Construction
Full 360 recruitment
Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals
Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
Account Management and Cross Selling to other internal teams including Sales & Marketing, Technology and Finance

A minimum of 2 years successful 360 Recruitment Sales (Business to Business) experience
Ability to work 3 days in-office in Toronto (2 days from home)
Proven Business Development experience
Experience recruiting into the Building & Construction market would be an asset
An ambitious individual with a driven attitude
Bilingual (English & French) is essential for this position
