- Lead Human Capital operations including total rewards, experienced and campus strategies, operational excellence, learning and development planning, talent management, and performance management of RHC
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with National/Regional Human Capital, Regional Managing Partner, for the region, while driving culture and team member engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
- Facilitate HR planning and operations with the Regional Managing Partner and/or Partners to align business functional priorities and programming
- Lead as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, supporting them through the employment life cycle while ensuring relevant legal, procedural, compliance, and people solutions are considered
- Lead the evolving regional recruitment, hiring and engagement programs to compete in a fast-changing talent market
- As a change enabler, respond to the transformative requirements within HC to facilitate Regional Operations execution, ensuring alignment with Firm strategies and programs
- Manage terminations as appropriate, ensure exit and stay interview trends are understood, participate in employee relations and dispute resolution meetings
- Consult and guide leaders, and collaborate with national and regional teams through the talent process, goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, improvement plans and on matters related to policies, guidelines, disciplinary issues, employee relations, workforce planning, legal matters, recruitment and developmental opportunities
- Lead teams to operational excellence, legislative compliance, human capital service quality, delivery and efficiency
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetings
- Analyze statistical reports to identify and determine trends; identify and address issues that impact morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism and productivity
- Oversee the facilitation of regional learning and development administration and the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) programs
- Contribute to the development of innovation, creativity, and approaches to improve regional work processes
- Collaborate outside of region for appropriate Firm initiatives and priorities
- Mentor, motivate and coach HC team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
- Play a leadership role with DE&I in alignment with our internal strategy and regional grassroots activities
- Post-secondary education and accreditation with Human Resources (HR) specialty
- Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
- Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
- AI literacy and data analytics capabilities
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience with UKG Pro an asset
