- Job Description
- Manage all stages of the project, including the tendering process, coordination of the plans and specifications process, management of the construction phase, as well as commissioning and project closeout
- Ensure that the professionals involved respect customer needs and the established budget
- Intervene with managers to resolve issues that may affect profitability, schedules, suppliers or delivery deadlines
- Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with the customer and other partners to ensure that the project runs smoothly
- Participate in all operational and strategic project management activities
- Profile
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in engineering or architecture
- Member of Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ)
- PMP certification (asset)
- Knowledge of construction and project management
- Fluent in French and in writing
- Fluent in English and in writing
