Together, we'll push boundaries and go above what's expected of us to meet the challenges of tomorrow and engineer a better world!MissionOur project management team is growing, and we're looking for a project manager to work on a variety of institutional, industrial, mining, infrastructure or construction projects of all sizes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking complete charge of all phases of a project.We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices in the Quebec City Region or in Saguenay.Given that this is a candidate pool, please be advised that the process may vary and is open-ended. Our Talent Acquisition team will review each application and contact you at the appropriate time, if applicable.Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of the project, including the tendering process, coordination of the plans and specifications process, management of the construction phase, as well as commissioning and project closeout
  • Ensure that the professionals involved respect customer needs and the established budget
  • Intervene with managers to resolve issues that may affect profitability, schedules, suppliers or delivery deadlines
  • Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with the customer and other partners to ensure that the project runs smoothly
  • Participate in all operational and strategic project management activities
  • Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in engineering or architecture
  • Member of Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ)
  • PMP certification (asset)
  • Knowledge of construction and project management
  • Fluent in French and in writing
  • Fluent in English and in writing
