This role is instrumental in supporting the AMER Director, FP&A — who retains full ownership of the process — by owning the execution of high-quality revenue models, flux analysis, forecasts, and insights that underpin strategic decisions.The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the hands-on execution of revenue modelling, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business drivers. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesRevenue Modelling & Forecast ExecutionExecute the revenue forecasting process under the strategic direction and ownership of the AMER Director, FP&ABuild and maintain multi-scenario revenue models that reflect business dynamics and support strategic decision-makingDrive forecast accuracy through rigorous analysis, proactive input gathering, and continuous refinementCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure inputs are robust and assumptions are challengedApply predictive analytics, historical trends, and market intelligence to enhance modelling methodologiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisSupport the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plansPerform detailed flux analysis, comparing forecast-to-actual and forecast cycle-to-forecast cycle results to explain variances, identify trends, and inform course correctionDeliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights to support business reviews and strategic initiativesBuild models to evaluate customer trends, product performance, and investment scenariosEnsure revenue forecasts are aligned with broader financial plans and strategic goalsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with CRO stakeholders to ensure financial outputs reflect operational realitiesWork with regional and global finance teams to support strategic planning and performance trackingContribute to executive-level reporting and insights, including dashboards and performance analysisProcess Improvement & AutomationIdentify and implement improvements to modelling and forecasting processesSupport automation initiatives to enhance data integrity and reduce cycle timesChampion best practices in financial modelling and reportingQualifications5+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally in a multinational or tech-driven environmentAdvanced financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systemsStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for executionExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferredAgile, proactive, and results-oriented — able to work independently while supporting strategic leadershipThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - Toronto 1 Office : 107,000 - 161,000 CAD / AnnualUnited States - Tampa Office TAO : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
