- Process and manage accounts payable tasks, including matching, batching, and coding invoices.
- Handle cheque runs and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Accurately process 100 to 200 multi-line invoices per week.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform data entry tasks to support billing operations and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Apply advanced Excel skills to analyze and organize financial data effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Take direction effectively and adapt to the needs of a busy office environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong skills in accounts payable, billing, and invoice processing.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage a high volume of multi-line invoices efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
