- Develop and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning and GenAI models to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Continuously improve models by monitoring performance, conducting A/B testing, and implementing feedback loops.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Experience with programming languages and platforms such as Python, PySpark and/or Databricks.
- Experience in developing machine-learning algorithms, statistical and mathematical optimization models via machine-learning frameworks using Scikit-Learn, MLlib, and pytorch.
- Strong understanding of regression modeling, time series analysis, cluster analysis, machine-learning concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, deep learning, etc.
- Proficient in using SQL to manipulate large datasets for processing, filtering, and generating actionable insights.
- Experience in MLOps, LLMOps and managing and maintaining production jobs would be an asset.
- Ability to deploy machine learning models to cloud platform with good familiarity with AWS, such as EC2, S3, Dynamodb and lambda would be an asset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in ambiguous problem spaces with a collaborative attitude.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement ML and GenAI solutions in production.
- Focus on outcomes, analyze and visualize data to drive continuous improvement across the business.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment, maintaining transparency and professionalism in communication.
