- Assist the general manager of the subsidiary to formulate the sales business plans, execute sales strategies related to geography, market share, product line, dealer network.
- Responsible for the sales and payment collection of construction machinery products in Canada, and complete the sales, payment collection and other performance indicators set by the company.
- Responsible for the dealer and key account network building, management and maintenance in Canada.
- Preparation of annual, quarterly, monthly sales forecasts, prepare and participate in regular sales meetings.
- Market research on the market, provides correct basis for market development strategy and decision.
- Active involvement in sales operations and product development. i.e.: delivery plan, configurations, order fulfillment issues, customer complaints.
- Coordinate the after-sales service work in the region, support spare parts sales, and work with the service team to ensure great customer experience
- Other related work arranged by the general manager.
- Competency in Sales Management Systems and Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication.
- Excellent ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Proven track record in market research, promotion, and development capabilities.
- Performance oriented, good customer service awareness, able to maintain good customer relationship while creating benefits for the company.
- Strong team awareness and execution ability, proactively carry out work.
- 5+ years of sales experience in construction machinery and electromechanical equipment.
- Extensive knowledge/experience in construction industry.
- Proven experience in organizing sales calls and schedules, and evidence of detailed reporting is required.
