- Monitoring and tracking vehicle inventory to ensure adequate supply levels to support all scopes of work.
- Responsible for the coordination of equipment going to auction.
- Assist with getting freight/equipment rates in support to projects.
- Responsible for the upkeep and accuracy of equipment data within JDE.
- Monitoring and tracking fleet location assignments and availability assignments.
- Working with mechanic leads/management on the coordination of vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with company preventative maintenance (PM) program.
- Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing reports related to fleet operations and presenting them to management.
- Liaise & collaborate with project fleet teams on the performance of their fleet
- Create/prepare various fleet reports to support effective maintenance and disposition of company fleet
- Attend multi-department meetings as required.
- Other duties as required
- Five years Heavy equipment maintenance administration or fleet related experience.
- Demonstrated organizational, administrative and time management background.
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent experience
