Our client, a leading logistics and warehouse operations company, is seeking an Operations Rep - Data Entry to join their team. As an Operations Rep - Data Entry Remediation, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the package sorting process and Data Entry teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Toronto, ONWeekly Schedule: Monday-Friday- 1:00 am- 8:00 am with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.What's the Job?Conduct visual reviews of routed items to identify and correct missing shipping informationPerform accurate data entry for US and international shipment detailsScan barcodes and relabel packages as needed for processingPrepare necessary paperwork to support item remediation and routingEscalate unresolved issues to the Customer Shipment Resolution (CSR) teamWhat's Needed?Able to lift up to 70lbsMinimum typing speed of 30 WPM (typing test required)Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneouslyComfortable working in a warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established guidelinesWhat's in it for me?Consistent overnight schedule (Mon-Fri, 1:00 am-8:00 am)Opportunity to gain experience in logistics and operationsHands-on work in a fast-paced, active environmentSupportive team and training providedIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
