
Senior Corporate Communications Manager

- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals and values
- Develop and deliver strategic communications
- Support company culture and employee engagement through committees, platform integration, and engagement programs
- Provide content and facilitate employee meetings and events such as town halls, and appreciation activities
- Establish the corporate communications and employee experience strategy in Canada in collaboration with Sagicor
- Provide communications coaching for internal teams and senior leadership
- Develop and advise on corporate communications plans supporting overall business goals
- University degree in Communications or Public Relations is required
- 7-10 years’ experience in strategic communications planning and delivery at the organization-wide level
- 2-3 years strategic communications support at the executive level
- Excellent skills in writing clear and concise communications for different audiences
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and adaptable to changing priorities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft SharePoint is an asset
