Our client is a well-established commercial construction firm is in search of a construction coordinator. Known for their commitment to quality, they deliver projects on time and within budget, utilizing industry best practices.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
Lead quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation for competitive proposals.
Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam to develop and present estimates.
Coordinate with suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope clarity.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project handovers when required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market trends.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
Strong ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
Proven track record of preparing accurate and competitive estimates.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
