- Translate category and business objectives into D2C-specific go-to-market plans for brother.ca, defining product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional levers aligned with broader B2C targets.
- Leverage market and competitive insights to shape revenue-driving strategies, while managing a robust promotional calendar and pipeline of attraction, conversion, and retention initiatives across e-commerce and non-e-commerce channels.
- Apply a KPI-driven “test and learn” approach in partnership with Digital and CX teams to continuously optimize performance and impact.
- Lead D2C readiness for product launches, working cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide recommendations to the Digital team on improvements to the online shopping experience (navigation, product pages, checkout process, etc.).
- Collaborate with Customer Service to monitor feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales, revenue, margin, and conversion KPIs to provide actionable insights and validate D2C forecasts based on performance trends.
- Deliver regular analysis, reporting and updates on sales, profit, and D2C progress to support pricing, promotional strategies, and achievement of both short- and long-term category targets.
- Collaborate with Digital, CX, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Product Planning teams to integrate D2C initiatives into overall product strategy and support long-term strategic growth objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of product management experience in CPG or Tech industries.
- Proven track record of scaling an e-commerce business.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C models, including experience with promotional levers and digital performance KPIs.
- Experience with product lifecycle, GTM execution, and 4P strategy with a shopper-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; hypothesis-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minor travel may be required (<5%).
- Bilingual
