- Shift - Nights 1 Month, then rotating Nights, Afternoons, & Days
- Salary Range - $79,200 - $88,000 - The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
- Shifts - Days 06:00-14:20, Afternoons 14:00-20:30, Nights 20:00-06:30
- Duration: Full-time Contract (18 Months)
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, while respecting budgetary constraints.
- Maintain a safe work environment to enforce health and safety policies and regulations in the workplace.
- Coach, lead and mentor all warehouse employees.
- Oversee the storage of, and the shipping and receiving of goods.
- Work with the supervisory and management team to develop a work environment that promotes good working relationships and ongoing communication with unionized employees.
- Develop and apply control methods to maintain a high level of labour efficiency.
- Take part in any other related projects or tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Experience and/or education in a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized storage or distribution environment.
- Be a leader, a good communicator, and a convener as needed.
- Possess excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to make sound recommendations based on systematic evaluations.
- Ability to provide guidance, motivation, and training for development of the team.
- Ability to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employees.
- Familiar with Office and SAP computer tools.
