
Project Configuration and Change Controller

- Ensure configuration and change management process, tools, policies, procedures and instructions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Update and maintain the CM Plan and corresponding documents.
- Plan and organize the CCB meetings (Configuration Control Board).
- Provide Configuration and change management reporting and indicators.
- Help to identify and define which components will be considered as configuration items.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of configuration items data all along project life cycle
- Support team members to configuration and change management tools usage.
- Manage and publish configuration baselines
- Collect the Change Requests and verify the changes are well documented
- Coordinate and federate all the relevant actors regarding configuration and changes.
- Generate and maintain KPIs report and suggest improvement of the activity.
- Knowledge of configuration and change management process
- Familiar with requirements management principles

- Relationships with Engineering teams
- Communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Open to innovative engineering, new equipment, methods, tools
- Good knowledge of the subsystems included in a railway transport system
