Our team members have what they need to make a meaningful impact and are truly valued for who they are and what they contribute.To learn more about CIBC, please visitWhat you’ll be doingAs a Consultant, Authentication Delivery, you are responsible for delivering key authentication capabilities to our clients/bank while ensuring a smooth transition through effective stakeholder engagement and change management activities. You play a key role in socializing our mandate to key stakeholders and bringing them along with us on this journey to modernize Client Authentication.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How you’ll succeed
  • Support delivery of transformational projects . Assist project planning and execution activities, including project management, risk & data assessments, change management, business testing, business operating model and launch/rollout activities.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills. Think in a structured way when solving problems and organizing work. Thrive in ambiguity, quickly understand business context, and connect the dots.
  • Build collaborative relationships. Develop strong interpersonal and presentation skills to work effectively with a variety of groups, including business, technology, and frontline partners. Support relationship management and communication across teams.
  • Effective communication. Clearly and concisely communicate ideas and project updates to diverse audiences, tailoring your message to ensure information is accessible, relevant, and actionable.
  • Stay organized and prioritize. Manage multiple tasks and deliverables, balancing priorities in a dynamic work environment with support from senior leads.
