Job Number: 16816722About the OpportunityOur client is a well-established organization operating within the commercial construction and building envelope space. They work closely with architects, designers, and construction professionals to support specification-driven projects across the Montreal market.This role supports the architectural and design community by providing technical sales support, product knowledge, and early-stage project engagement.Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and key specifiers
  • Promote architectural and construction-related products and solutions
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Support the specification and pre-construction process
  • Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
  • Manage multiple active projects and opportunities concurrently
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Solid experience within construction, architectural, or technical sales environments
  • Strong understanding of construction practices and building codes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-based role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
Language Requirements
  • Bilingual: English and French
