We're looking for an experienced and motivated 3PL Logistics Broker to join our team. If you're a natural problem-solver with strong industry relationships and a talent for keeping freight moving efficiently, we want to hear from you.As a Senior Logistics Broker, you'll be responsible for coordinating shipments, building carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You'll play a key role in supporting our growing logistics and supply operations across Western Canada.POSITION BENEFITS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, secure, and manage freight with reliable carriers
Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service quality
Track and trace shipments, resolving issues proactively
Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Grow and manage a personal carrier network
Ensure timely documentation, billing accuracy, and compliance
Identify opportunities to optimize cost, service, and route efficiency
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSAs a member of the Sutco transportation team, we expect you bring the following to the table:
3+ years of 3PL brokerage experience
Understanding of TL/LTL, flatbed, heavy haul, and/or Van freight
Ability to negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with TMS platforms and load boards (Loadlink, HubSpot)
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Self-motivated with strong ownership
Existing carrier network in Canada/USA
Existing customer network in Canada/USA
Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations
