- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
- Create briefs for marketing campaigns, establish campaign OKRs, target audience and work with cross functional teams to ensure brief captures needs and delivers all assets required for campaigns.
- Own end-to-end delivery of our always-on campaigns in both English and French.
- Create campaign production schedules and oversee delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence to guide and improve campaign content and strategies.
- Work with the internal digital marketing team to develop paid media strategies aimed at achieving campaign acquisition and engagement deliverables.
- Liaise with 3rd party agencies where necessary to deliver parts of the campaign activity.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, digital marketers and global teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling content and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Create and maintain the quarterly activities calendar for Corporate Traveller Canada and ensure it is aligned with global and regional campaign priorities.
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials related to campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand voice and brand codes.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to VP of Marketing and greater marketing team.
- Work closely with global campaigns manager to share and collect campaign insights, optimize campaigns and more.
- 3+ years of related marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
- Experience in corporate travel/travel industry desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience in working across large cross functional and globalized teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of adaptability and demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and agile landscape.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft suite (word, excel, powerpoint, etc.) and GA4.
