What will you do?
  • Vehicle Database/Inventory Management:
  • Continuous updates to fleet vehicle and driver database.
  • Monitor HR reporting for New Hires and Terminations.
  • Prepare and submit forms to Fleet Management company when required.
  • Support timely disposal of used vehicles.
  • Support in the identification and management of “spare” vehicles
  • Reporting:
  • Ad-hoc inventory reporting as requested by Operations and/or Fleet Manager.
  • Compliance:
  • Monitor, report and work with regional operations to ensure compliance is met for the following programs:
  • Geotab telematics offline device reporting
  • Vehicle utilization tracking
  • Coordinate the installation of new Geotab telematics devices
  • Fuel Card Issuance and Cancellation
  • Fleet Violation Payments/Tracking
  • Maintenance Management:
  • Monitor and escalate to branch operational Mangers outstanding vehicle preventative maintenance and recall requirements
  • Collaborate with Workforce Planning Team to schedule time for Team Members to complete preventative maintenance
  • Escalate high-cost maintenance repairs/approvals to Fleet Manager/Operations for review
  • Independent Work:
  • Assignment of tasks where the individual will be required to identify the scope of impact and ensure all stakeholders either submit or receive the necessary information
  • Fill in for Fleet Manager to provide necessary support for vacations, business meetings and business travel where required.
  • Interactions:
  • The Fleet Analyst will be required to interact with the following categories of individuals:
  • Vendors – Fleet Management Company, Geotab Signature Support Team, Fuel Card Vendor
  • Branch Operations Managers, Regional Operations Managers and Operational field Team Members
What do you bring?
  • Administration/Analyst Experience – 3-5 years minimum or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Fleet/Auto industry considered a bonus
  • Mid-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (use of formulas, pivot tables and charts a must)
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a decentralized organization with high volume communications preferred
