Our client is an established construction firm, currently seeking an Enterprise Project Manager & Change Management Lead with strong expertise in project management, meaningful people focused change leadership, process optimization, and business transformation.Location: Burnaby, BC
Work Arrangement: Fully in office for first several months, then hybrid.
Expected Salary Range: $100,000- $140,000 per year, commensurate with experienceResponsibilities:
  • Oversee business-side delivery of new initiatives, applying standard project management methods.
  • Create and implement change management plans that support adoption, reduce disruption, and prepare teams for upcoming changes.
  • Lead workshops, discovery meetings, and consultations to capture requirements, collect input, and align multiple business areas.
  • Provide senior leadership with guidance on organizational readiness, transformation activities, and key decisions.
  • Review current processes in coordination with process and AI teams to identify gaps, scalability issues, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Confirm that business requirements support long-term organizational strategy and planned growth.
  • Assist with workflow mapping, process updates, and required documentation.
  • Provide leadership with consistent updates on progress, milestones, and identified risks.
  • Track results of implemented changes and recommend follow-up adjustments to support ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years in business analysis, transformation, or comparable roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management practices; PMP or equivalent is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and change leadership concepts.
  • Effective communication skills with experience working across departments and building productive relationships.
  • Able to drive work forward with persistence and follow-through.
  • Experience supporting organizational scaling or growth initiatives.
  • Able to facilitate discussions that bring stakeholders together and support alignment.
