You center users in your work. You understand their experiences, emotions, and motivations, and you make sure others understand them too. You use interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover what matters most.Analytical Thinking· You are confident in both qualitative and quantitative methods and know when to use each. You turn findings into clear, actionable insights that guide decisions.Communication and Collaboration· You present insights in a clear and engaging way. You work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure research findings lead to meaningful improvements.Technical Proficiency· You know how to select and use research tools to manage studies, analyze data, and communicate results. You apply these tools effectively in your day-to-day work.Creativity· You try new approaches when needed and adapt your communication for different audiences. You help your team explore fresh ways to apply research in their work.Basic Qualifications3-5 years of UX research experience, ideally in health tech or regulated industriesComfortable conducting research in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentPortfolio that shows past research work and deliverablesExperience with tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Confluence, and MiroStrong communication and collaboration skillsDegree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related fieldWillingness and ability to travel within the US and internationallyPreferred QualificationsExperience working in healthcare or medical devicesJoining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
