Our client, a leader in warehouse operations and logistics, is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Dispatch CoordinatorLocation: Etobicoke, ONPay Range: $25.00/hour (Depending upon experience)Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat's the Job?

Operate computer-based yard management systems to monitor and manage trailer movements
Coordinate with security teams regarding inbound trailers and dock operations
Communicate effectively via radio with internal teams to support daily operations
Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities are tracked with a high level of precision
Support overall control room functions to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance

What's Needed?

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal communication skills, including radio communication
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a similar role is considered an asset
