• Prepare and manage hardware invoicing and monthly recurring revenue billing processes.
• Oversee accounts receivable operations and provide support with accounts payable tasks.
• Create and process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct ongoing cost analysis to aid in financial decision-making and budgeting.
• Contribute to quarter-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain and update core billing and financial tracking spreadsheets.
• Perform general bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks Online.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline financial workflows and improve accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reconciliations, and data tracking.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and financial management.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proven experience in billing operations, preferably in telecom or recurring-revenue environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
• Experience with hardware and recurring billing models is an asset.
