- Provide administrative and operational support to advisors
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and maintain organized client records
- Assist with client file setup and ensure all documentation is properly maintained
- Support the team by managing appointments and coordinating meeting logistics
- Greet clients professionally and provide a welcoming environment during visits
- Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Follow up on referrals and maintain communication with clients
- Provide general information and assistance to clients and members of the public
- High school diploma: post-secondary education in Office Administration is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, telephone and organizational skills
- Previous education or experience in the financial services industry will be considered a strong asset
