- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver client solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and account updates to clients and management.
- Track account performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
