Our Part-Time Night Cleaner plays a vital role in supporting both our people and our clients by ensuring our downtown Orillia office remains welcoming, healthy, and hazard-free. This role is more than just cleaning. It’s about contributing to a culture of professionalism, care, and respect.
This position works 5 hours per day, Monday through Thursday evenings, plus one 5-hour shift over the weekend (Friday–Sunday). Hours are flexible between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 months of related cleaning or maintenance experience.
- Ability to follow established safety, health, and security procedures.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, waste disposal, and light furniture moving.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently with pride in maintaining standards.
- Strong communication skills to interact respectfully with coworkers and visitors.
- Experience maintaining cleaning logs or documentation.
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning supplies and basic building maintenance.
- Familiarity with salting walkways or other seasonal building upkeep.
