Job SummaryCulligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. This job also consists of Retail sales, water testing lab, inventory, and everything in betweenResponsibilities
  • Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
  • Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
  • Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one years of customer service experience required
  • Strong time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
