--We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, strategic consulting, and project management. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement AI strategies that drive business value and innovation.What will your typical day look like?Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to AI.
  • Develop comprehensive AI strategies that align with clients' business goals and industry trends.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' data, processes, and systems to identify areas for AI-driven improvements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing, and computer vision applications.
  • Provide thought leadership on AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and related technologies, continuously enhancing your expertise and knowledge.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies for diverse industries.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address clients' strategic needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a consulting firm or professional services environment.
  • Industry-specific knowledge in sectors such as oil & gas, power and utilities, mining, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or retail.
  • Certifications in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
