- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Support clients with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, claims guidance, and general service requests
- Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
- Assist with administrative tasks related to insurance policies and client accounts
- Support the agent with marketing initiatives and team goals
- Positive, compassionate, and accountable team player
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office tools
- OTL license required before starting the role
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required
- Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help clients
- Base salary of $50,000
