
Full Cycle Accounting Technician – Part time

- Manage regular accounting processes: payables, receivables, bank reconciliation
- Handle period-end processes: tax reports (GST/QST), month-end journal entries
- Perform month-end financial analyses
- Prepare payroll and annual reports
- Prepare internal financial statements
- Assist file managers in preparing financial statements for external auditors
- Communicate and respond to government authorities
- Complete corporate and personal tax returns
- Prepare T4s and Relevé 1s, T5s and Relevé 3s for the company
- Organize and manage document filing systems
- Handle invoicing
- Open client accounts and conduct credit checks
- Perform other related accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience preparing financial statements
- CPA in progress (an asset)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is important
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
- DEP/ AEC ou Certificat (Obligatoire)
