As a senior client partner and internal leader, you will:
- Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic counsel
- Lead integrated communication strategies aligned to business goals
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and risk management
- Manage financials including scoping, forecasting, and profitability
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Identify growth opportunities and support new business efforts
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing environment
- 7+ years in agency client services (healthcare/pharma experience preferred)
- Proven ability to lead senior client relationships
- Strong strategic and operational skills
- Financial acumen across scoping and resourcing
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Collaborative leadership style
- Experience across HCP and consumer campaigns
- Familiarity with regulatory environments
- Background in launches or complex stakeholder environments
